How do you translate the ‘buzz’ of working at the UK’s biggest travel hub? Film was the only way to do it justice.

Having interviews employees and leaders, I wrote the script for this film, worked with an art director to storyboard each scene, and helped brief the 70+ employees who appeared on camera. And after the shoot, worked with the filmmaker to direct the voiceover and achieve the final edit.

Watched over 14,000 times on YouTube alone, it's generated a significant increase in social engagement from candidates along with a lot of love from existing Heathrow employees.
