In 2020 I was lucky enough to join Marie Curie’s Internal Communications team, witnessing the incredible resilience of the charity's nurses and hospice staff up close. As the year ended, we wanted to give everyone an exceptional kind of 'thank you'.

Working with the creative team, I trawled through hundreds of employee-submitted videos, photos and messages to create a video and CEO comms that would remind 4,000 employees of the extraordinary difference they’d made.

The response from colleagues was overwhelming and I'm told it's still talked about, with much pride, to this day.
